Our check-in time is 3 p.m. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins but cannot guarantee it. Please call us to request an early check-in.

Our check-out time is 11 am. If you plan a late checkout, kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll our best to satisfy your needs. There may be a surcharge included depending on the time. 

Yes, reception service is available 24 hours.

Yes, we can look after your luggage. We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

A complimentary wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel. The guest rooms feature fiber-optic speed web connectivity, both wireless and cabled (cables not provided)

A complimentary continental buffet breakfast is offered to all guests staying at the hotel. This includes items such as freshly baked pastries, toast, cereal, juice, yogurt, har boiled eggs, fruit, coffee, and tea. Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am. 

No, our hotel does not have adjoining rooms however we can do our best to ensure your rooms are next to each other. 

Our hotel is 100% smoke-free. You can smoke in designated smoking areas outside the hotel.

Yes, our hotel offers complimentary private parking for all hotel guests. 

Though we love furry friends, our hotel is not pet-friendly. Service animals are welcome. 

The prices quoted are always per room for a double-person occupancy. Each additional person over 12 years old is an additional $25.00/night.

Yes, children up to the age of 12 stay for free (accompanied by an adult).

Yes, we take a security deposit of $150.00 on a credit card only for each room for any incidentals you may have while staying with us. The balance of the security deposit is returned to you upon checkout. 

Yes, you can use cash or debit however we do require a credit card to confirm your reservation and also for the security deposit. 

The minimum age requirement to rent a room is 19 years old. 

Proof of vaccination is not required to check into our hotel or to use any of our on-site faciltiies. 

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. Therefore you need to cancel by 4 pm the day before arrival or there will be a charge of 100% of the room rate for one night. 

Our Barrie and Downtown Markham locations both have swimming pools that operate from 7 am to 10 pm. 

All of our properties have fitness facilities except for our Toronto West location. These are open from 7 am to 10 pm. 

No, we do not have an airport shuttle. We suggest using Uber/Lyft or speaking to our Front Desk Agents who can call you a local taxi. 

Yes, the following locations have coin laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer:

  • Monte Carlo Inn - Airport Suites
  • Monte Carlo Inn - Oakville Suites
  • Monte Carlo Inn - Toronto Markham
  • Monte Carlo Inn & Suites Downtown Markham

Yes, we provide daily housekeeping services. If you are staying with us for longer than one day, beds are changed every other day unless otherwise requested. General cleaning and replenishment will be done daily unless otherwise requested.
